Registration: To register for counselling, candidates must open the official website and fill out the application form on the “Online Application portal of UGMAC-2026”. By clicking on the apply button and following the instructions, the candidate needs to fill out their details, NEET UG score and pay the registration fee for further processing.
Choice of filling college: The candidate must lock the order of preference of their colleges before the mentioned date, otherwise the system will automatically lock the choices if candidates don't lock them.
Document Verification: Candidates have to show and verify their documents at the time of admission to the college.
Seat Allotment: Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will allot the seat according to the NEET UG score, category and preference of the student. Candidates will get a notification about the update if selected.
Reporting to the college: After the allotment of seats, the candidates have to report to the college with the necessary documents and admission fees on the date of admission.

The candidate who gets allotted during Round-1 counselling then candidate will then have to reach their reporting centre within the scheduled period with all required original documents for Identity and document verification. After document verification, if the candidate is found eligible, he will be able to take admission with payment of the fee, and then he will be provided a Document Verification Slip for Round 1 counselling. Only then does the student become eligible for admission to Round 1.
The second round for Bihar NEET UG Counselling Starting soon. The candidate must physically report to their reporting centre within the time frame specified on the provisional allotment order of Round-2 Counselling with their Round-1 document if the seat assigned in Round-1 Counselling is retained for Round-2 Counselling. After verification of documents, candidates will be able to take admission.
For the mop-up phase of online counselling, candidates who have not previously registered and submitted their UGMAC-2026 application forms—that is, before the first round—must register and submit their application online to be eligible for Bihar NEET UG Counselling.
Also, candidates who have not taken admission in rounds first, second and leave their admission seat in any case, then the security amount will be refunded to the same account. Such candidates are also eligible for the Mop-up round. Following the first and second rounds, the mop-up round is expected to be scheduled in October 2026 (Tentatively).
The expected date for the stray vacancy counselling round is November (Tentative), which will be confirmed by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board(BCEECEB) on their official website.
